We can accept orders and instructions by fax, phone or email, seven days per week.
We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, and usually send ex-stock orders "same day". Should you require it, we are happy to use nominated carriers or services, however our usual shipping policy is as follows:
• Same day shipping for all orders wherever possible
• Always confirm dispatch by email where possible
• International ships via Airmail ALWAYS – We’ll never keep a customer waiting for slow
delivery (see information below)
• Local Orders via letter or small parcels rate whenever possible, Airbag at subsidised rates. (see information below)
• Orders over $A200, $US125, UK £85 or €100 are POST FREE WORLDWIDE by AIRMAIL. For all orders, we charge ONLY the actual cost of P&P, so there are no Hidden costs.
• Backorders are OUR problem not yours – and are always shipped Free!

This is a "first class Airmail" service and we have found it to be an extremely efficient choice, with the following average “Door to Door” delivery performance: (we do not consider EMS or courier service to justify the higher cost)
UK: 4 to 6 working days
USA: 5 to 7 working days
EU: 5 to 7 working days
ASIA: 5 to 9 working days (Longer timing only for remote areas)
NZ: 3 to 5 working days
