Placing An Order:
Stock Items:
We endeavour to hold all items ex stock, and will always check and reconfirm availability prior to charging your card / accepting payment. Items on backorder will only be charged when the article is actually in stock.
Special order items:
We will reconfirm availability and may request a pre-order deposit of 25% for special orders or items sourced under our "Sourcing Service". Special orders will be invoiced at the quoted price and will have shipping charged under our normal policy.
O/S or Backorders:
These are OUR responsibility we will always ship items not in stock at the time of order or part order/backorders free of charge.

Please note we HATE automated telephone systems, and we promise that should you choose to contact us by telephone it will ALWAYS be a "real person" at the end of the line.

Internationally, We accept the following:
Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB (if concerned re security, spread info over two or three emails). We need the following information from your card. We ONLY ship to Card billing address. If in doubt, please ask first.

• Security number. (On card reverse, last 3 numbers RHS)
Online Payment: PayPal (Our paypal address is rejohnson@ozemail.com.au)
Money Order: Western Union or Post Office Money Orders ($AU, $USD or GB£ only)
Concealed cash: In $AU, $US, GB£, (Always sent at owners risk – we recommend that you send concealed cash ONLY by registered post)
Within Australia:
