Please ensure that your authorisation number is clearly marked on your parcel, otherwise we may not be able to accept your returned item.
**Note for our retail partners – from 1st February 2022, you will need to have an authorisation number for each item you are returning to us. Please ensure that you show this number on each item. Repaired products will be returned to you in same condition as they are submitted.**
