24hr “Rush” delivery available to most of the UK for an additional £1.00 – please ask for this in the “notes” section of your order.
UK Courier Express Parcels (DPDlocal) (up to 30kg) – £12.95

Non-UK Orders
International Small Packet (Royal Mail International Tracked) – £7.50
International Small Parcel (up to 1kg) (Royal Mail International Tracked) – £10.00

Europe (EU, Norway & Switzerland)
DPDlocal (1.1kg – 10kg) – £15.00
DPDlocal (10.1kg – 30kg) – We will confirm shipping costs. If higher than 10% of your order value, we will get your permission before billing.

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand
DHL (above 1kg) – We will confirm shipping costs. If higher than 10% of your order value, we will get your permission before billing.

Other Countries

When we receive your unwanted unopened items in “as new” condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the products. Please note only basic delivery costs will be refunded. If you opted for a “rush” delivery or courier delivery, this will not be refunded. Please ensure that all items sent to us are properly packaged (preferably in their original product packaging) and that the parcel contains a note of your contact details – you would be amazed at the number of packages we get where we cannot possibly trace the owner of the item!
