All delivery charges are calculated at checkout – you will have the opportunity to select from services provided by Royal Mail, DPD and DHL.
We will usually dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Dispatch over weekends and on orders placed after 2pm UK time will be dispatched on the next available collection by your chosen courier. Please note that there are no courier collections on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be collected by the courier on the next available work day.
Sometimes, deliveries are effected by bank holidays or industrial action. Unfortunately, this is outside our control – once a parcel has been collected by your chosen courier, you will be able to track it’s progress to you via an email which will be sent to you on our behalf. If you don’t receive this, please check your “junk” or “spam” mail folders and also check the email address you gave us when you placed your order before calling us.

When we receive your unwanted unopened items in “as new” condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the products. Please note only basic delivery costs will be refunded. If you opted for a “rush” delivery or courier delivery, this will not be refunded. Please ensure that all items sent to us are properly packaged (preferably in their original product packaging) and that the parcel contains a note of your contact details – you would be amazed at the number of packages we get where we cannot possibly trace the owner of the item!
