Royal Mail Parcel under 2kg Tracked 48 hour – £4.00
Royal Mail Parcel 2kg-3.5kg Tracked 48 hour – £7.50
24hr “Rush” delivery for an additional £1.00 – please ask for this in the “Order Notes” at checkout.
UK Courier Express Parcels (DPDlocal) (up to 10kg) – £12.95

Non-UK Orders
International Small Packet/Parcel Tracked – up to 500g (Royal Mail International) – £7.50
International Small Packet/Parcel Tracked – up to 2kg (Royal Mail International) – £18.00
International Tracked usually takes approx. 1 week and is tracked throughout

Non-UK Orders Over 2kg
DHL Express – We will confirm shipping costs. If higher than 10% of your order value, we will get your permission before billing.
DHL Express usually takes 3-4 working days, unless your address is in a remote area

When we receive your unwanted unopened items in “as new” condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the products. Please note only basic delivery costs will be refunded. If you opted for a “rush” delivery or courier delivery, this will not be refunded. Please ensure that all items sent to us are properly packaged (preferably in their original product packaging) and that the parcel contains a note of your contact details – you would be amazed at the number of packages we get where we cannot possibly trace the owner of the item!
